In honor of today's release of The Fault in Our Stars (which happens to be my favorite book - I would be lying to you if I said I hadn't seen it twice before the release), here are some pictures I took of my friend Ashley a few months ago.
If you haven't read the book or seen the movie yet, there's a part in the beginning (this shouldn't spoil anything for you) when the two main characters first meet and Augustus pulls out a cigarette and places it between his teeth. Hazel Grace gets angry and tells him that he "just ruined the whole thing." He states that it's a metaphor, that "you put the killing thing between your teeth but don't give it the power to kill you." His quirks always amuse me.
That being said, metaphors are cool. Smoking is not. Please don't smoke.
